Antica Fabbrica Liquori Colazingari was founded and is still located in via S.S. Trinità in the Scurano district of Alatri, one of the oldest towns in the heart of Ciociaria.
Our winery, proud of its almost 200 years old family recipes, has always put the greatest care in the selection of ingredients, as well as in cold infusions preparation and maturation. These characteristics give our liqueurs personality and a unique bouquet that refines over time.
