Inspired by “Rattafia’; a sour black cherry flavoured wine once produced by peasants in Ciociaria and especially in Alatri, we have created a new liquor guided by the philosophy that marks our production. Its essential steps consist of preparing cold infusions combining bitter cherries from our countryside with alcohol, sugar and ‘Agape’, a Cesanese IGP wine (ABV 14 %) and much, much time to reach the right maturation.
