The various recipes of “Nocino” (walnut liqueur) are part of the very long Italian tradition of liqueurs.

Our recipe, in particular, is based on the accurate selection of walnut husks having reached the right ripening dagree, as well as on their cold infusions in specific glass containers. The walnut husks are then pressed, so as to collect the whole essence of this fruit in a natural way, and subsequently mixed with other ingredients.

These stages are performed with the utmost respect for the time due between one processing step and the following. It is thanks to these pauses that our Nocino Ciociaro, marked by a strong alcohol content and a slight sweetness, acquires its delicate and fragrant taste of fresh walnut.
